Farshid Farajzadeh

MSPT, DPT

Farshid Farajzadeh graduated in 1991 with Bachelor of Arts in Athletic Training from San Diego State University. He received his Master of Science in Physical Therapy in 1994 from University of the Pacific. Since 1994, Farshid has worked as an independent traveling physical therapist in California and Nevada. He has experience in a variety of settings including acute, sub-acute, rehab, skilled nursing, and outpatient clinics. During this period, patients with neurological conditions / athletic and sports injuries / pre and post surgical / musculoskeletal / workers comp / and joint problems have been treated. Farshid established Ocean Physical Therapy in August, 2000 with quality patient care in mind. Dedicated to continued education and to provide evidence-based treatments to his clients, he received his doctor of physical therapy in 2013.

I've been working at Ocean Physical Therapy since May 2009. I graduated from San Diego Mesa College after earning an Associates in both Biology as well as the Physical Therapist Assistant program

of which I was class president. I've worked as a P.T. Assistant in a variety of settings including inpatient, skilled nursing, home health and outpatient clinics since 1991. I have raised my son in San Diego and lived here for over 30 years. Activities I enjoy are gardening, occasionally returning to Northern CA to spend time with friends and family, hike the Redwoods, or sailing. As a supportive part of team here at Ocean PT, I enjoy meeting each new patient and helping them during their time in rehab.
